DATA PRIVACY



We are pleased that you have locked onto our homepage and are interested in our company and our services. We have taken great care to protect data privacy when handling your data and we hope that you feel secure while visiting our homepage.

In the following parts we will inform you on what information we will need and how we will handle it.


Personal data
Personal data are data from a person with respect to personal or factual issues. This is information like name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Information that cannot be correlated directly to your person e.g favoured homepages, number of user of homepage etc. are not personal data.

 
Inquiry and handling of data
When visiting our homepage our web server will temporarily store the connection dates of your computer, the homepage which you visit, the date and the duration of the visit, the data of the respective browser type as well we the system software and the homepage from which you are connecting to us. Other personal data e.g. name, address, telephone number or email address will not be recorded if you have not given these details yourself e.g. when registering.



Use and transfer of personal data
The information given by yourself will only be used for the technical administration of the homepage and managing your applications or answering your questions. If you are our customer and will not object we will use these data for surveys, invitations, newsletter and our own marketing. We will not transfer your personal data to a third party nor will we sell it. We will only transfer your personal data to another party if this is necessary for our contract or if you will have allowed this. Generally we will not use any cookies on our homepage. Session cookies can be used in single cases e.g. storing data on your browser while being on our homepage. If personal data should eb stored in a cookie we will need your permission upfront. Furthermore we inform you that browsers do have functions to administer cookies.


Security
We have implemented all technical and organisational security measures to secure your personal data against loss or misuse. Your data will be stored in an area which is not available for public use. In such cases where we need to transfer your personal data we will use the so called SecureSocketLayer technology (SSL). This means that the communication between your computer and our servers will be done using a recognized method if you browser supports SSL. We will use this when transferring a request including your company data to our Webdesk. On written request we will inform you which of your data (e.g. name, address, etc.) have been stored in our system.
